The hotel looks to be brand new, super clean, lots of light, all in white. Very friendly personeel. Good abundant breakfast. In spite of being located very close to the railway station (which initially looked like a potential minus) it turned out to be rather an advantage. It is a quite street within 5-10 min walk from the station, no problem with it at all, and with easy access to all the busses. Internet worked very well, air conditioner too. Altogether a nice surprise, we'll definitely use this hotel again.

Novo Hotel Rossi exceeded my expectations, while in transit to Verona for 1 night. I booked this hotel, not really having time to read generated reviews, and tired from a long trip I was not looking. I was greeted by an enthusiastic, energetic and friendly staff. Good English spoken. Lobby design was modern with updated furniture, well lit, inviting and very clean. Two decent size elevators, was a plus. Most other hotels offer 1 small elevator. Free Parking available. Covered Parking available for a very reasonable price. Hotel Novo is situated in a quite street, but with easy walking distance to the Porta Nuova train station. Wifi was excellent. AC was great. Beds were very comfy. Rooms, new, quiet and generous size, they offer a small refrigerator with complimentary water, and coffee/Tea kettle. Walk-in shower with modern touches and lighting. Breakfast was plentyful and tasty for only 10 Euros. I had other stops in my itinerary, would have stayed longer. Return back to Verona and this time I booked for week. Nothing dissappointed. It will be my go to hotel when in Verona. I want to say thank Valeria, Ramon, and the other young lady who worked in the mornings with curly hair (can not remember her name) who made my stay feel like home. The cleaning staff who cleaned our room daily, changed towels (Daily!) and the Dinning room staff, well trained and professional. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona.

Great hotel and great value. Very comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast buffet. Location near train station , so only a short walk to and from the train. We had a quick one night stay, so didn't expect much as main selection criteria was close to train station. Way exceeded our expectations. Staff was wonderful at front desk and at breakfast.

The best part is that it located ~300m from the train station, so it's easy to get there if you travel by train. Just about 5 min walk. BTW, Google map is wrong, as it shows about 700m, but there is a simple shortcut. Breakfast was very good, staff friendly, nice, clean room.

Fairly close to the train station but still a bit of a hike with heavy luggage. Definitely don't follow Google maps as you'll have to go twice as far. Just go left when exiting the station and up a short flight of steps, or ramp and it's easy from there. The hotel has a direction sign at the steps. Hotel itself and the rooms were fantastic. Staff super friendly, great breakfast and cappuccino and rooms had very comfortable beds, were clean and modern with a great shower. We stayed in a family/quadruple room.

Very convenient and comfy hotel with wonderful staff (Sylvia is a treasure) and fabulous breakfast. Unfortunately we stayed only one night to be near the train station but I would stay again.

Location near the train station is great for a quick stopover and a walking exploration of the City. The staff were exceptional- welcoming, always smiling, the room spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast terrific value for money.

Excellent location for train station. It is about 20 minutes walk to the historical centre of Verona. Staff were friendly & helpful with 24 hours service. Kettle & fridge in room was a bonus. The room was quiet & warm. Toiletries, tea bags, slippers all provided You could pay €10 per person for a good buffet breakfast

The staff at reception were lovely - patient and keen to help, especially Marina who was always checking that things were ok for us. The hotel was convenient for the train station and buses, so an excellent base if you want to explore the area. The rooms were modern and clean - with a large power shower, fridge, safe, really big king size bed. We made use of the free bikes to get around the city on our first day and it was really straightforward to arrange. The breakfast was good quality with fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and bacon and a selection of milks and yoghurts.

Breakfast was amazing and it had also food for vegans.....From chocolate coffee juices until fruits vegetables and cheese....The staff were very helpful and kind and NO ome of them from the waitress until receptionist was rude...all of them were polite....My favourite person was Francesco from the reception...Very helpful kind and very cool person...I liked his aperol spritz...We knew how to keep the balance....The other person i don't remember her name 😞 (glassess and curly hair) from the reception was also very kind and always smiling... Recommend for sure
